As the name implies, we provide the entire range of Maintenance, Repairs and Operations (MRO), chandlery and provision supplies - the proverbial pin to an elephant - including categories such as deck, engine, electric, electronics, provisions, cabin, medical, stationery, Fire Fighting Apparatus(FFA), Life Saving Apparatus (LSA), pyrotechnics, etc. 

Dubai still serves as head office and main warehouse facility.  However, branch offices in every port ensure our personnel can react effectively and efficiently on short notice.  Our duty-free ware houses in Fujairah and Jebel Ali ensure supply of bonded and slopchest items at competitive prices. Other offices include Mina Zayed (Abu Dhabi) including Mussafah, Jebel Ali, Mina Rashid (Dubai), Mina Saqr (Ras Al Khaimah), Sharjah, Ajman, Khor Fakkan. 

Fujairah and Jebel Ali remain the cheapest ports for purchase of bonded stores.   Prices are generally higher in other ports due to local customs regulations.  However, our rates are uniform for all other items for all ports. 

We have the ability to react very quickly in respect of offshore supplies with Fujairah being the most popular anchorage.  Khor Fakkan, Ras Al Khaimah (Mina Saqr) and Dubai follow in that order.

We now have branch offices in Bahrain, Oman and Qatar and serve all ports in these countries.

For MRO supplies and services, we have extended our network to cover Afghanistan, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Yemen.

On March 16th 1997, we became the first Shipchandlers in the United Arab Emirates, GCC states and the Middle East to be certified for ISO-9002 standards. We have since updated accreditation to ISO-9000/2000 standards. Our commitment to TQM and high standards of service and product remain total.  We intend to keep the quality wheel turning for the mutual benefit of our customers and ourselves, a genuine partnership based on trust and professionalism.
