Warehousing and Equipment


Capital intensive investments made in freezers, chillers and air-conditioned storage areas ensure fresh food supplies are stored at optimum temperatures.

Our warehousing and storage equipment represent the industry benchmark.

The warehouse facility has separate loading/unloading bays for dry and freeze products.

The warehouse is in an L shaped design, with the two arms of the L having the warehouses.

One arm for dry and the other for Chill/Freeze products. Fully Automated, Seven Seas Shipchandlers warehouse is capable of simultaneously

    loading/unloading up to 90 vans at any given time in an expeditious manner.At least 15,000 tons of food, drink and perishables can be stored at any given time.

Refrigerated Storage Space � 40,000 cbm. Dry Storage Space - 260,000 Sq Ft. Staging (Packing) Area � 70,000 Sq Ft.

Seven Seas employ competent and adequate manpower as permanent employees. To cope with surge situations hired/skilled labor is available to operate equipment on a daily basis from the general population from very highly reputable organizations.

Supply coverage within the UAE

UAE Branch offices are located at Dubai Port, Jebel Ali, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah. Khorfakkan port is handled by the Fujairah office; Hamriya port, Ajman port and AHI are handled by our Sharjah office.

All branch offices are strategically located inside the port premises or in the immediate vicinity.

Being one of the most busy container terminals in the world and the biggest in our region, our strategically located port office and storage facility offers a high level of customer satisfaction for on time deliveries and last minute orders.

Our state of the art temperature controlled Fujairah Facility is located inside the port.

The facility is 30,000 square feet area wise, and is used for long term ship spares storage and houses a bonded section. Seven Seas Shipchandlers have an office inside the Ras Al Khaimah port.

The Sharjah office is located only a 5 minutes drive from Port Khalid. Our Abu Dhabi office and warehouse facility is located inside Mina Zayed port. Seven Seas maintains a sizeable fleet of vehicles of different sizes and capacity from 40 ft trailers to 9 � tonne refrigerated vans to respond to varied requirements of our clients at different locations in UAE as well as foreign locations.

Staff on duty 24 hours, 7 days a week. Key operating personnel are equipped with mobile phones to make emergency contact possible at odd hours.

All branch offices are fitted with VHF radios and state of the art communication facilities. International purchasing department operates 24 hours to keep in touch with world markets.

State of the art Information Technology designed to make online inventory tracking and delivery recording super efficient. All group companies are equipped to communicate via Email and internet through a high speed ISDN connection.
