remarkable because the Seven Seas Group provided exceptional support in
directing and managing the loading of over 950 Provisions pallets, including
over 600 Freeze and Chill pallets in such a short time frame. After being
deployed to the Gulf on MSC CLF ships for over 15 years, I have never seen
anything like it before. I think USNS Bridge may have set an T-AOE record by
loading over 600 Freeze and Chill pallets during 1 Event, all due the

recently deployed to the gulf region as the USS DWIGHT D. EISENHOWER’s
(CVN69) Food Service Officer and will yet again serve in that capacity since
we are returning early next year. I wanted to basically write a short
note to say how great the Seven Seas Prime Vendor was to the IKE and our
Airwing during the 2009 deployment in support of OEF. Each and every
replenishment event they came through with service beyond comparison in my 24
years in the Navy. When I was in a bind they came through and made me
look like a hero. Bravo Zulu to SK, Deepu, Suresh, and Shabbir
from the Dubai region and Dominic while we were in Bahrain. Seven Seas
should be commended for their commitment to our troops and their dedication
to quality service second to none. I look forward to having this team

As SACAGAWEA has now departed the 5th Fleet Operating Area, I just wanted
to say thanks again for the world class support provided by the entire Seven
Seas Team while SACAGAWEA was supplying the EISENHOWER Carrier Strike Group
and coaltion ships. I would
especially like to thank the outstanding customer service provided by SK and
the direct pier support from Zubin. Zubin was
available for every event and every hot issue that arose while we were
in-port. He stayed on the pier until the load was completed and played
a key role in ensuring the cargo was loaded safely, quickly, and accurately,
to ensure it got to the proper ships who needed the cargo to continue their
mission. Our final load was a little bit unique as we had to segregate
the EISENHOWER load into two seperate shipments, but due to Zubin's planning
and attention to detail, it became an almost seamless evolution. Thank you
again for the great effort and I look forward to seeing you on our next

ship's from January 2007 to February 2008. You were able to
consistently provide a 98% fill rate during every month I was at the helm,

spikes in demand throughout the year. You were able to support the C5F
customer during the months of Feb 07 - Jun 07 when there were 2 Carrier

this brief stop. Those Items came about because they had been ordered from
another prime vendor at another port and your food order had also gone out

order again from you and therefore was held for next out going food order.
When my existing stock depleted I was requested by Master to get with you to

As we start
our return to the states, I would like to take a minute to say thanks to you
and your company for providing the USS Eisenhower crew their every request
over the last seven months. This has been an outstanding experience starting
back in September when you came for the per-deployment brief. Every item we
requested was available to us on the first day in the 5th fleet AOR. The
Seven Seas staff was outstanding every time the ship pulled into port. All
our port visit were in Dubai and I cannot think of no one that did not enjoy
the great service you provided at the IKE Beach Grill. Yourself and Mr. Atul
were at our every request, this service is something I have not
found anywhere else. I have talked to the ship store officer (sale officer)
and he told me he wished he would have talked to you at the PDB because

request were provided. Just and example is how on a few minutes the ship
required sandwich box lunches for the beach guard and you provided with no
problem and a smile on your face. The quality of the food products have been
great from all selection of fresh fruit and vegetable to the items that help
lift the crew spirit from the Chocoloate moose royal ice cream for the C.O to
the starbucks frappuccino for the officers and crew. I receive all the credit
but I know its because of you and your team. Also

350 pallets of provisions. The ship arrived in port a day early and contacted

stevedore support readily available for that day. By that same afternoon,

As SPICA prepares
to take a brief hiatus from the Gulf region, I just wanted to say thank you
for the sustained superior support from Seven Seas. Your team of Atul Bhagat,
Venu Gopal and Suresh (and the many faces behind the scenes) are undoubtedly
among the most professional and customer focused Ship Chandlers that I have
had the pleasure to work with in my 2 years onboard SPICA. Our recent AFS
resupply cargo load is just one example of responsiveness of your
organization. Approximately 350 pallets were scheduled for delivery on 9
June. When SPICA arrived in port late morning on 8 June, I noticed Shed 66
had sufficient lay down area to accomodate prestaged dry cargo. I remarked to
Venu that it would be of great benefit if any trucks could deliver that
afternoon as I had stevedore support available but little work for them due
to changing mission tasking. In short order, Venu had arranged to have dry
provisions arriving by 1400 that same afternoon allowing both ship's force
and contracted personnel to work more efficiently. Moreover, we were also
positioned to load cargo onboard immediately on the scheduled delivery day,
ensuring overtime was not incurred by ship's force. Your teams rapid response
was a clear "win" for both the Navy and your company. SPICA

to take a moment of my time today as my time is coming to an end as Officer
in Charge of Shed 66 to express not only how fortunate I have been to work
with the professionals of Seven Seas but also how lucky the NAVY is to have
them. As I leave Jebel Ali again I am without a doubt relieved and at ease
knowing that the operating forces in the 5th Fleet have Seven Seas on their
side. In my tenure here I have heard nothing but praise and laud for the
customer service, quality of foods, and just all around making things happen
at a moments notice by your company. Again thanks ever so much for everything
you have done for me and the NAVY on a daily basis. I hope in the future our

Outstanding
Support I wanted
to thank you and your Seven Seas Team for the warm hospitality and great
support. Although I do not know everyone by name there are a few folks I
would like to mention. First Now there
were a few people that I worked with in a more hands on type of situation.
They were Murali Nambiar (Sales Representative, FUJ Branch), Anand Suveer
(OPNS Assistant), O.N. Suresh (Sales Representative), and Atul V. Bhagath. I
would like to start by saying that these individuals are the most
knowledgeable and professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We
have a saying in the U.S. Navy and it is "CAN DO" but there is more
to it than that. These personnel and the rest of your TEAM set the standard's
of how others will be measured for a long time to come. I have
been in the Navy for 18 years and have never had this type of customer
