04-Mar-09	1. During the current deployment of RFA DILIGENCE the ship has made frequent port visits to Bahrain. During these busy port visits Seven Seas Marine Services have provided the ship with all provisions requirements and bonded stores. 2. The quality of produce provided by Seven Seas is always excellent. Familiar brands, favoured by many onboard, are readily available. Salad provisions loaded during the last port visit continue to retain their freshness and are proving to be good value for money. 3. Invoicing of all products is meticulous and prices remain the same as quoted. 4. Delivery is always punctual and any additional requirements or changes are processed promptly without any difficulties. After-sales support and monitoring of customer satisfaction is very good. 5. Special requests for additional secure packaging to assist with onboard stowage are provided on request without charge or delay. 6. It was pleasant to be able to just pull the orders and receive them and not have to change a lot of them to match the invoices. Invoices reconciliation is a time and task big issue for us, and to be able to send the orders through without having to re-work them by invoices is quite important to us here. On two recent occasions we have suddenly needed stores/parts/provisions on an emergency basis and your staff responded with remarkable speed and efficiency. This sort of service is a rarity these days. I always have a parade of Chandlers coming to see me in UAE ports touting for business and telling me how much cheaper they can supply and assuring me of best quality etc. I respond by telling them that it's not just a simple matter of cost and quality. Service is a very important factor and I doubt if there are any other ship suppliers about who provide such first class attention as your staff. I appreciate knowing that I can change my cash denominations without fuss and being allowed to defer payment of provisions etc. to suit my on board budgetary requirements. Knowing that I can do this sort of thing without any fuss or bother is important to me. So congratulations to you and your staff and I apologize if we have given you too many headaches!
